Help & answers

Find your next step.

Clear answers for watching, creating, paying and releasing.

01

Watching & access

Where do I start watching?

Open Watch, choose a series and start from its episode list. The series page is where you check the order, description and access before playing.

Where do saved and purchased stories go?

Your library keeps saved stories, viewing progress and confirmed purchases together. Saving a series is not the same as purchasing premium access.

What should I check before buying access?

The exact episode or series being unlocked, the total price and any access conditions. Creator credit is a separate balance for making content.

02

Making a series

Do I need a script to start?

No. Describe an idea, tell it in your own words or choose Surprise me for a concept you can edit. Start with a person, a problem or a secret.

How many episodes can my series have?

Choose the structure the story needs. Seven episodes is specific to the Done With You offer, not the default for self-directed creation.

Why approve references before making clips?

They define the characters and locations that should guide later work. Review faces, styling and settings early, then check the generated results against them. Approval is a creative choice, not a video generation.

Can I bring my own material?

The workflow includes uploaded references and footage alongside generated assets. Use material you have permission to use, and check the file requirements at the upload step.

03

Credit & production

What does the €20 Starter Kit buy?

€20 of spendable creation credit for eligible generation actions. It is not a recurring subscription or an unlimited production allowance.

Does every episode cost exactly €20?

No. Around €20 per finished minute is a rough video planning estimate. Actual shots, models, settings and attempts affect spend, and writing and reference images also use credit.

What if a generation seems stuck?

Check its recorded status before retrying. A timeout does not always mean the provider stopped work. Keep the request reference and contact support if the outcome or charge is unclear.

04

Export & release

Does saving an edit publish it?

No. Save stores editing choices, export creates a video file, and publish releases the episode to an audience. Review each step separately.

How do I get the video onto social?

Prepare a vertical export and upload it to your TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Facebook account. Direct posting is a separate integration with account permissions; you upload the finished export in your social app.

What belongs in the final review?

Watch the exported file. Check the cover, title, description, episode order, content notes, rights and access settings before release.
