FOR CREATORS

Creator Terms

Additional rules for people who build, publish and monetise series on AllTheDrama.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

1. These terms supplement the Terms of Service

These Creator Terms apply when you use Studio, submit or publish a series, participate in creator monetisation or collaborate with AllTheDrama. The general Terms of Service also apply.

2. Your content and rights

You keep the rights you own in your original stories, scripts, characters and other creator content. You must have the necessary rights, permissions and releases for anything you upload, including third-party images, music, voices, likenesses, trademarks or scripts.

3. Platform licence

When you publish content, you give AllTheDrama a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, encode, display, distribute, promote and technically adapt the published content as necessary to operate the service. This includes preparing subtitles, translations and dubbed versions for supported markets. The licence does not transfer ownership of your underlying work.

4. AI-assisted production

Studio may use third-party and proprietary AI systems. Outputs can vary and may require regeneration or editing. You are responsible for final editorial approval of your published series. We do not guarantee that generated output will be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction.

5. Real people and collaborations

You may not use a real person's image, voice or likeness in a way that requires permission unless you have that permission or another lawful basis. Formal AllTheDrama collaborations with celebrities, influencers or other talent may be subject to separate campaign or production agreements.

6. Localisation

The platform is built to help local stories reach other markets. We may provide automated or editorial subtitling, translation and dubbing. Localised versions should preserve the story while allowing reasonable linguistic and cultural adaptation. Additional approval controls may be provided in Studio.

7. Monetisation

When creator monetisation is active, 50% of eligible net viewing revenue is allocated to the Creator Revenue Pool. Your allocation depends on eligible paid viewing under the methodology shown in your dashboard and on the Monetisation page. Fraudulent, artificial, refunded or otherwise ineligible activity may be excluded.

8. Payouts, tax and verification

Payouts may require identity, age, tax and payment verification and may be subject to a minimum payout threshold. Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations except where the law requires us or a payment provider to withhold or report amounts.

9. Content moderation

We may reject, restrict, remove or demonetise creator content that violates law, rights of others, these terms or platform content rules. Where required, creators will receive reasons and information about available review mechanisms.

10. Originals and commissioned work

AllTheDrama also produces original series and collaborates with local creators, celebrities and influencers. Commissioned productions may have different ownership, exclusivity, payment and distribution terms set out in a separate written agreement.

11. Ending publication

You may request removal of your published content subject to outstanding contractual, payment, legal and technical obligations. Reasonable archival or backup copies may remain for limited periods. Rights already granted to viewers for paid access may need to be honoured.
