Privacy Policy
How AllTheDrama collects, uses and protects personal data.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
1. Who controls your data
Video CRO LTD, Sofia, Bulgaria, VAT identification number BG207656169, contact info@allthedrama.com, is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use AllTheDrama, we may process account details, contact information, authentication data, purchases and transaction references, viewing activity, creator projects, uploaded material, published content, support communications, device/browser information, security logs, consent choices, referral activity and creator payout information.
3. Why we use it
We use personal data to create and secure accounts, provide viewing and creator services, process purchases, maintain viewing entitlements, publish creator content, calculate creator earnings, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, improve the service and, where permitted, communicate about AllTheDrama.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the processing, our legal basis may be performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, or your consent. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing.
5. AI and creator content
Creator inputs may be sent to service providers that help generate or process scripts, images, video, audio, translations, subtitles or dubbed voices. We will use processors and contractual arrangements appropriate to the service. Do not upload personal data or third-party material you do not have the right to use.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed by external payment providers. We generally receive transaction identifiers, status and related billing information rather than full payment-card details. The payment provider also processes data under its own privacy terms where it acts independently.
7. Who receives data
We may use providers for hosting, databases, authentication, payments, email, analytics, customer support, content delivery, security and AI production. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction.
8. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we use a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose, including providing the account, meeting tax/accounting or legal obligations, resolving disputes and maintaining security. Retention periods differ by data category. Deleted creator material may remain temporarily in backups where technically necessary.
10. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict processing, object to certain processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
11. Security
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect passwords and account access.
12. Children
AllTheDrama is not intended to collect personal data from children in circumstances where parental or guardian authorisation is legally required and has not been obtained. Age requirements for creator, payment and monetisation features may be stricter.
13. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated where required. The controller is Video CRO LTD, Sofia, Bulgaria, VAT identification number BG207656169. Privacy and legal requests can be sent to info@allthedrama.com.
