Terms of Service

1. About AllTheDrama

AllTheDrama is a platform for watching short-form vertical drama and for creating and publishing series using creator tools. These Terms apply when you visit the service, create an account, purchase viewing access or creator services, publish content, or otherwise use AllTheDrama.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. If local law requires parental or guardian consent for a particular user, that consent must be obtained before using paid or creator features.

3. Watching series

The first three episodes of a series may be offered free. Additional viewing may require credits or an active subscription. Availability, catalogue, languages and pricing may change. Purchased access is for personal, non-commercial viewing unless we expressly agree otherwise.

4. Credits and subscriptions

Viewing credits may be used to unlock eligible paid episodes. Subscriptions provide the viewing access described at checkout for the paid period. Renewal price, billing frequency and cancellation information will be shown before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not normally end access already paid for.

5. Creator tools and production

Creator tools may include story development, character creation, script assistance, image, video, voice and other AI-assisted production features. Generated results can contain errors or inconsistencies. Creators are responsible for reviewing their work before publishing and for ensuring they have the rights needed for material they upload or instruct us to use.

6. Publishing your work

You retain ownership of rights you hold in your original creator content. By publishing on AllTheDrama, you grant us the non-exclusive rights reasonably necessary to host, reproduce, encode, display, distribute, promote, subtitle, translate and, where enabled by you or the service, dub that content through AllTheDrama and its promotional channels. This licence exists so the series can be operated and distributed on the platform and does not transfer ownership of your story to us.

7. Localisation

AllTheDrama is designed for stories to travel between markets. Published series may support subtitles, translations and dubbed audio in supported languages. Creators should expect translated or dubbed versions to require automated and/or editorial adaptation. Where creator approval controls are offered, the applicable Studio workflow will explain them.

8. Creator revenue

Where monetisation is available, 50% of eligible net viewing revenue is allocated to the Creator Revenue Pool under the rules shown on the Monetisation page and creator dashboard. Eligible net viewing revenue excludes applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks, payment-processing fees and directly attributable transaction or payout costs. Creator-production purchases are not viewer revenue. Free episodes and promotional invite-code views do not generate direct creator revenue.

9. Prohibited content and conduct

Do not upload, generate or publish content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonates others deceptively, exploits minors, facilitates serious wrongdoing, contains non-consensual intimate material, or otherwise violates our published content rules. Do not manipulate views, payouts, referrals or platform systems.

10. Moderation

We may restrict, demonetise or remove content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect users or the service, or address rights complaints. Where applicable, we will provide information about the reason and available review or complaint options.

11. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Before supplying paid digital content immediately, we may ask for the consent and acknowledgement required by applicable consumer law concerning performance during the withdrawal period. Any statutory refund or withdrawal right that cannot lawfully be excluded remains available.

12. Intellectual property

AllTheDrama branding, site design, software and platform materials belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or exploit them except where law permits or we give written permission.

13. Availability and changes

We may improve, replace or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated where required. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but we will operate the service with reasonable care.

14. Liability

We do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, losses caused by content supplied by users, or failures outside our reasonable control.

These Terms are issued by Video CRO LTD, Sofia, Bulgaria, VAT identification number BG207656169. Contact: info@allthedrama.com. Bulgarian law applies except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights are not displaced by these Terms.
